Proceed through the checkout process. Please note we will not collect payment at this time.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your registration within 24 business. This email will include: a deposit payment link, Final Order total, and Final Payment Date. If you have a questions or concerns regarding this process please feel free to give us a call and send us an email.
As the trip dates approach we will be in contact with addition information, updated itineraries, and a (fairly) brief questionnaire collecting emergency medical and contact information.
We will send a Final Payment Invoice for your remaining balance around one week before the Final Payment Date specified in your email confirmation.
